Tuesday - Attempt to exercise


Today I had half an hour to kill while waiting for my husband. I thought why not take a walk instead of staring into the computer as I would normally do. So I did and was glad.
Its been a while since I weighed in but I've decide to change my weigh-in days to Wednesdays. 



 Food Journal
 When What
BreakfastPapaya and oatmean porridge, green tea
LunchFish, Cabbage and tomato salad
Dinner2 dosas and chicken kurma with 4 small pieces chicken
Random Snacks2 sliced toast with butter and smear of mayo. 2 tiny pieces of chicken, some mixture
Sugar1 piece chocolate and 1 marshmallow
 Activity
20 min walk!
 Water
about 2 litre
